New Jerusalem has been established: Jah rules in Salem.  The State of Jah is the true and lawful state of one’s being [in righteousness].  Believers are legally established (registered) on the Record, in Order to enter the holy City (New Jerusalem).  The entire earth is the space of this spiritual state [of Jah] where the individual occupies at any given moment.
